When will my order ship?

We try to ship every order within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes another 3 to 5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you run into any issues, email us at hello@kittonix.com and we’ll help sort it out.

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. Email us at hello@kittonix.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We may ask for a photo of the item to help confirm the issue.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or exchanges for sizing, so please review the size guide before placing your order. In general, we recommend ordering your usual t-shirt or sweatshirt size unless a product description notes a more oversized fit. All items are unisex unless otherwise specified.

To be eligible for a replacement or return review, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If the issue is on our end, we will cover all costs for sending you a new item.
